Legal Notice for Vatalia, Inc.

Terms of Service

Reservation and Purchase Process: Vatalia accepts reservations for Living Art with a $1 deposit. This deposit secures your place in our founding collection and is fully refundable until you complete your full purchase. Once you submit full payment, your order is confirmed for early 2026 delivery. Full payments made prior to delivery are refundable upon request by contacting hello@vatalia.com.

Delivery Timeline: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be adjusted as needed. We will keep you informed of your order status via email throughout the process.

Post-Delivery Returns: Once your Living Art is delivered, our 30-day return policy applies. See our Refund and Exchange Policy below for complete details.

Product Warranty: All Living Art systems include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures. This warranty covers The Loom, Frame, and all core system components. Consumable items such as seed collections are not covered. To initiate a warranty claim, contact hello@vatalia.com with proof of purchase and description of the issue.

Limitation of Liability: Vatalia is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, failure to follow usage instructions, or modifications made to the Living Art system. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Proper Use: Customers agree to follow all installation and care instructions provided with their Living Art. The system is designed for indoor residential and commercial use only.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Illinois.



Privacy Policy 

Information We Collect: We collect customer information including name, shipping address, email, and payment details for order processing and communication purposes.

How We Use Your Information: Your information is used to process orders, provide product updates, and send marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Data Protection: Vatalia employs encryption and secure servers to protect customer information. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeline: Living Art reserved now will ship in early 2026. We will contact you prior to shipping to confirm your delivery address and coordinate timing.

Tracking: You will receive tracking information once your Living Art ships.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by location.

Refund and Exchange Policy
Effective Date: November 9, 2025

Our Commitment: Vatalia is committed to ensuring every collector is satisfied with their Living Art. This policy outlines your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with federal regulations and the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.

Reservation Deposits: Your $1 reservation deposit is fully refundable until you complete your full purchase. To request a refund, contact hello@vatalia.com.

Pre-Delivery Refunds: Full payments made prior to delivery are refundable upon request. Contact hello@vatalia.com to cancel your order.

Post-Delivery Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for Living Art systems, Canvases, and unopened seed collections in original condition with proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened seed collections
  • Custom-commissioned Canvases or Living Art pieces with bespoke specifications
  • Items that have been modified, damaged through use, or not maintained according to provided instructions
  • Original shipping fees (unless the item arrived damaged or defective)

Refund Options

  • Full Refund: Issued to original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Store Credit: Available immediately upon return approval
  • Exchange: Available for defective or damaged products at no additional cost

Return Process: 

  1. Contact hello@vatalia.com with your order details
  2. Receive return approval and instructions within 5 business days
  3. Return your Living Art to our facility in Springfield, IL
  4. Refund or exchange processed upon inspection

Damaged or Defective Products: If your Living Art arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us at hello@vatalia.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic documentation. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Warranty Coverage: All Living Art systems include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures. For extended coverage, see our Vatalia Lifetime Care program detailed in our FAQ.

Compliance with Illinois Law: Ensures clear refund terms, no unfair practices, and prompt processing of refunds.
