Who is Vatalia?
Vatalia creates Living Art, a new category at the intersection of museum-quality art and living botanicals. Our category-defining wall-mounted systems transform spaces by bringing together timeless craftsmanship, intelligent technology, and the restorative power of nature. We believe the most beautiful objects are those that grow and change, and that true luxury means creating spaces that feel truly alive.
What is a Living Art system?
Living Art is a premium wall-mounted system that integrates a museum-quality Canvas with up to 18 living botanicals. The design prioritizes beauty first, with all technology invisibly integrated into the frame. Each piece evolves daily as the plants flourish, maintained effortlessly by our intelligent Provenance software and The Loom hardware. It's the finishing touch that transforms a room into something extraordinary.
Affiliate Program Basics
What is Vatalia's Affiliate Program?
The Vatalia affiliate program allows you to earn substantial commissions by promoting our Living Art systems in the United States. When customers purchase through your unique tracking link or discount code, you receive a commission for each qualified sale.
How long does the program run?
The current affiliate program runs through December 31, 2025. January 1st begins the 2026 affiliate year, and current approved affiliates will automatically be re-enrolled based on mutual agreement.
Is there a cost to join the Vatalia affiliate program?
No, joining our affiliate program is completely free.
What makes Vatalia unique?
Vatalia is a category-defining wall-mounted living art system that seamlessly combines museum-quality design with intelligent technology. Each Living Art system features an interchangeable Canvas and accommodates up to 18 botanicals that require minimal care, all maintained by our proprietary Provenance software and The Loom hardware.
Commission Structure
What commission do I earn for each sale?
You can earn up to $300 commission for each Living Art system sold at full product price. We offer a flexible commission structure based on any discounts provided, as outlined in the formal Affiliate Program Agreement. Commission applies only to Living Art systems, not to individual Canvas or seed collection purchases.

Is there a bonus for my first sale?
Yes. You'll receive a one-time $50 bonus upon your first qualified purchase.
Can I negotiate prices with potential customers?
Yes, you can negotiate the Living Art system price down to a set minimum amount, listed in the formal Affiliate Program Agreement, in increments of $50. The commission will adjust according to the discount schedule in the agreement. Price reductions are preferred when discussing multiple Living Art systems with prospective collectors. Do I earn commissions on all Vatalia products?
Commission only applies to Living Art systems and does not include Canvases, seed collections, or other accessories as specified in the agreement.
How long is the cookie tracking period?
We offer a generous 90-day tracking period. If someone clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 90 days, you'll receive credit for the sale.
Payments
When and how will I get paid?
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 15 days after the end of each month, provided your unpaid commissions exceed $100. Payments are made via electronic transfer to your designated account.
Is there a minimum payment threshold?
Yes, the minimum payment threshold is $100. If your unpaid commissions are below $100, they roll over to the next month until the threshold is reached or will be paid at the conclusion of the affiliate program duration period.
What if a customer returns the product?
No commissions or bonuses will be paid for purchases that are subsequently returned, refunded, or charged back. There is a 90-day clawback period for commissions and bonuses from the delivery date.
How do I access my affiliate dashboard?
After your application is approved, you'll receive an email with login credentials for the Vatalia affiliate portal powered by GoAffPro. Click the link in the email and log in with the provided credentials to complete your account setup. You can also access the portal directly from our website by clicking the "Affiliate Login" link.
What features are available in the affiliate dashboard?
The affiliate dashboard provides comprehensive tools:
- Real-time statistics on clicks, conversions, and earnings
- Your unique referral links and discount codes
- Marketing materials and product information
- Commission reports and payment history
- Profile and payment information management
- Direct sharing options for social media platforms
- Product link generator for specific items
How do I generate my affiliate links?
You have three ways to generate affiliate links:
- From the Home tab, you'll find your main referral link that directs customers to our homepage
- From the Marketing Tools tab, you can use the product link generator to create unique tracking links for specific products
- Vatalia will create unique coupon codes for you that can be used when discounts are necessary, ensuring you receive credit for the sale and corresponding commission
Can I track my performance in real-time?
Yes, the GoAffPro dashboard provides real-time statistics including:
- Number of visits through your links
- Number of orders referred
- Conversion percentage
- Commissions earned
- Value of sales referred
- Traffic sources
- Product performance
Can I see details about the sales I've generated?
Yes, you can view comprehensive details about each sale, including:
- Order information
- Products purchased
- Commission earned
- Customer location (country/region)
- Date of purchase
- Status of the commission (pending, approved, or paid)
How do I update my payment information?
You can update your payment details by clicking on the "Profile" or "Settings" tab in your affiliate dashboard. From there, you can add or modify your preferred payment method and contact information.
Tracking and Reporting
How do I track my sales and commissions?
Vatalia provides access to the GoAffPro dashboard showing clicks, conversions, and commissions for known prospects. Each affiliate receives a unique tracking link and discount codes to monitor performance.
What if my tracking link wasn't used but I referred the customer?
If a designated lead purchases without using your tracking link and discount codes, contact hello@vatalia.com to settle these discrepancies within 10 business days from the paid commission date.
What happens if the affiliate agreement expires?
If an affiliate renewal agreement is not fully executed by the end of the agreement duration, there is a 30-day grace period where tracking links, discount codes, and payable commissions will be honored as long as the affiliate agreement has not been terminated.
Marketing and Promotion
What promotional materials will I receive?
Vatalia provides marketing materials including product images, descriptions, and suggested copy. We may also provide templates for blog posts, social media content, and promotional emails. You'll have access to:
- Exclusive behind-the-scenes content about Living Art design and features
- Customer testimonials and product success stories
- Templates for marketing content
- Affiliate community forum for sharing tips
- Monthly newsletter with program updates and selling tips
Can I modify the marketing materials?
No, you may not modify marketing materials without Vatalia's prior written approval. Existing company-branded marketing materials will be available for individual affiliate tracking information, but no alteration is permitted and usage must comply with brand guidelines.
What promotional channels can I use?
You may promote Living Art systems through your websites, social media, email marketing, and other channels approved by Vatalia.
Can I bid on Vatalia's trademark terms in search advertising?
You may not bid on Vatalia's trademarked terms in search engine advertising without prior written authorization.
Do I need to disclose my affiliate relationship?
Yes, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Vatalia in accordance with FTC guidelines in all promotional materials. Vatalia is only able to ship within the United States at this time.
Requirements and Compliance
Are there any specific requirements for webinars or live events?
Affiliates who host live learning webinars must obtain prior approval for webinar content and must invite a company representative to be present.
Do I need to track discount codes I offer?
Yes, affiliates should track and report monthly on the number of unique promotional codes offered to prospective Living Art collectors to assist in price point conversion analysis.
What are my responsibilities as an affiliate?
As an affiliate, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining current contact and payment information in the affiliate portal
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engaging in deceptive or misleading marketing practices
- Clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship with Vatalia
- Using marketing materials in compliance with brand guidelines

If you encounter any technical issues with the GoAffPro platform, you can:

Will I receive training on how to use the affiliate platform?
Yes, we provide onboarding support. Setting up your profile is intuitive, but you'll receive:

- Access to GoAffPro video tutorials on dashboard features
- One-on-one assistance for more complex questions
How secure is my information on the platform?
The GoAffPro platform uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All sensitive information is encrypted, and we adhere to strict privacy policies regarding the handling of your personal and payment information.
Legal Aspects
What is my relationship with Vatalia?
You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Vatalia. You have no authority to bind Vatalia to any agreement or make representations on the company's behalf.
Can Vatalia change the terms of the affiliate program?
Yes, Vatalia may modify the agreement at any time by providing 30 days' notice. Your affirmative acceptance (email confirmation, click-through) for material changes to the agreement is required. Continued participation in the program after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the changes.
What happens if I violate the terms of the agreement?
Vatalia may immediately terminate the agreement if you violate any terms. Upon termination, Vatalia will pay any outstanding commissions according to the regular payment schedule.
How is confidential information handled?
You must keep Vatalia's confidential information secret and use it only to perform under the agreement. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, commission rates, sales data, and marketing strategies. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
